Optimizing Motion strives to help improve the health and productivity of the our community. The children of today are the first generation to have grown up with information communication technology in their everyday lives. Their time spent using computers and other technology tools (i.e. iPads, Smartphones) will be higher then any generation to date. Knowledge in basic body mechanic and posture awareness can be very powerful in warding off injury and discomfort and should be available to all groups of people, from our young population to the elderly. Optimizing Motion can deliver this knowledge in a variety of ways through our school systems and universities. We also want to pass our knowlege on to our elderly population through community center talks and visits to care faciilities or individual homes.
